Co-Standard Support of 1500 series

Hi,

Is Check Point Co-standard support available for 1500 series firewall?

Currently, there is only direct and co-premium selection.

 

Please advise.

Seems that it is not -  the most speedy option is the Direct / Enterprise Support. This enables customer/dealer to open a tech chat with CP without CCSP or similar. Most issues can then be resolved in a quick RAS !
