VPN Endpoint security

How can we save the settings of the VPN Client before deployment of the firewall? is there any option available similar to cisco VPN client? It always shows site cannot be established. please help!

The certificate authority key, among other things, are required as part of setting up a VPN site.
None of that information is available when a gateway hasn’t been installed yet.
