Remote access RSA SecurID Access

We are configuring remote access RSA SecurID Access. we've done the necessary configurations on checkpoint but when testing the cp client doesn't connect just gets stuck on 47. On the logs we are seeing wrong username or password. 

Please help me solve the issue.
