Generate local.scv

Hello all,

is there a tool with which I can generate the local.scv file?. I'm not really sure, but If I remeber right in R60 there was a litle program for Windows for generating the local.scv. If I search in the KB I didn't founnd that tool again.

If this tool does not excist, is there documentation available for writing the local.scv?
