In checkpoint workspace remote desktop connection window Grey's out and credentials pop up never appear as attached. OS is windows 10. Kindly provide any inputs to solve this issue

Sounds like you are using Secure Workspace.
Did SNX also pop up and connect?
Because you'll need that to use RDP.
You should probably work with whomever maintains your gateway to troubleshoot what's going on because any "fixes" will need to be deployed from there.
