Failed to query SecurID Software Tokens
Hello all,
we have the problem that when we want to authenticate on our VPN client we get the following error message "Failed to query SecurID Software Tokens". For authentication we use RSA and Cisco DUO both are not working, so I suspect that the problem is with the Check Point. Can someone please help me?

Some more info is needed. Check Point version in use, details of SecureID config, etc
