Azure scaleset

Does anybody have a script for adding skyline to Azure scaleset members as they boot?

For our other gateways we put a file on each gateway and load the contents of the file. For a scaleset, I know we can run some commands, but how do we get a file onto the gateway as it boots?

Is there another way?
