Advice how to replace No-TLS config with TLS

Hi experts,

I would like to seek your advice, i have configured non-tls to prometheus and it works! 

Now, If i would like to switch to TLS do i need to stop the existing non-tls(if yes, can you share with me what command to use?) and then set to TLS? or can i just point to the tls config?

/opt/CPotelcol/REST.py --set_open_telemetry “$(cat payload-tls.json)”

Setting up TLS requires some additional steps.
