mobile application - web application (not native apps)

So, we have mobile web apps set up and our application is trying to make a call out to the internet.

 <SomeData  baseDictionaryUri="https://portal.ssl.company.com/PT/http://some.org/somxml/some-dictionary-250.xml"

Is there some way to make this link above work?   The mobile web app is by design going to prepend the portal.ssl.company.com by design, so there's no way it can route out.  IOW, this site is NOT in our company network, is there any way to program mobile web apps not to prepend a link and just split tunnel out on its own for that file?

Configuring Link Translation Domains in SmartDashboard

Configure which domains use link translation in Legacy SmartDashboard

 > Mobile Access tab > Additional Settings > Link Translation > Link Translation Domains.

To manually configure domains to translate:

  1. In the Mobile Access tab > Additional Settings > Link Translation > Link Translation Domains area, select Manually configure domains to translate.

  2. Click Add Domain to add a whole domain or host (URL) to be translated.

  3. Click Add Exception to configure a part of a domain or host within a domain that will not be translated.

  4. Install policy.

Interesting, it looks like I do have that set to only translate on one domain.   I wonder why it is translating the other domain to being with.
