Problem with Capsule Viewer/Editor after changing GW name

Hello, have some trouble while testing Capsule. 

At first, i setup installations with just public IP-address, Editor and Viewer work correct, but i wasn't able to connect via mobile applications (Docs and Workspace).

After that, i changed GW name to match with public name, reconfigure Mobile Access blade and reverse proxy to use public name, regenerate VPN-cert. Now Docs and Workspace works correct, but Editor and Viewer are not.

Capsule docs for windows show's error now:


SmartLog on both Endpoint Security Server and Checkpoint GW shows no error.

Have anyone any suggestions?

When taking a short look in event and client logs, i can see an issue with C:\Program Files (x86)\CheckPoint\Document Security\lmclientconsole.exe. My suggestions would be either to try installing a new version or open a CP SR#.

As far as I know, there is no reason changing the gateway name should cause an issue. 

An SR with TAC is definitely in order: Contact Support | Check Point Software
