The system can now email alerts for critical dashboard events to dashboard administrators as they occur.
A SandBlast Mobile Dashboard administrator can configure their profile to receive email alerts for critical dashboard audit trail events.
These are the same critical events that are viewable on the Settings > Audit Trail screen in the SandBlast Mobile Dashboard.
Critical events include such events as privacy settings changes (Settings > Privacy Settings) and MDM failures, such as app sync issues, connectivity issues, authentications issues, and device update issues.
To enable email alerts:
- Open the dashboard and click on the avatar icon
- Click Edit.
- Turn ON the ‘Email Alerts’.
- Click Save.
