Document Control Feature in Capsule Workspace

Hi team,

 

I want to open files in Capsule Workspace using external apps and i know that Document Control Feature use for tasks like this. I found sk109760 but when i try to download the file from step 1 i get 404. May i download this file from another resource? Is any other ways to configure this feature?
