Capsule workspace notifications stop working
hello all
Has anyone else’s experienced an issue where capsule workspace notifications (exchange mail) stop working and then , start again with no changes made to policy and/or config ???
seems that checkpoint cloud notification service is notorious for instability ...

These issues should be reported to TAC when they are noticed.

We logged several tickets over the last few months all with very little insight from TAC.
proposed solutions have nothing to do with thebissue and are general topics primarily covered in sK for push notifications that were never working , not ones that worked and stopped for no good reason ...
checkpoints cloud push services are unstable at best
frustrating !
