Hello Experts,
Has anyone here done Capsule Workspace App Wrapping solution?
I recently did this for a customer and its not working.
The customer has a custom android application which is hosted internally on a server behind the gateway.
All configurations have been done well as per sk111558 but we still can't login to the app through capsule. When trying to log in, the applications just hangs on "login in progress please wait".
We tested the app locally on the LAN and its working fine, we were able to login and run some calls/tests which were all successful.
We are trying to understand what could be the issue here with support but so far nothing yet has been discovered.
Your contribution to this will be highly appreciated.
I think ours might have been solved.
We changed the mobile access portal certificate to a self-signed
certificate.
We however still had a challenge in logging in to the app since its code
was changed but i believe it should work just fine.

Hi Silvan,
Is this still not working? If so, what is the current problem you encounter?
D
Hi Daniel,
Yes still not working.
The current problem is that whenever i try logging in to the wrapped application through capsule workspace (Enterprise App Store) the application is just stuck at "logging in progress" and no user can login to the app.
I tested the same application internally on the local LAN without going through capsule and i was able to login and execute some queries which were all successful.
Please open Service Request with details and logs. Our RnD can look into it.

A case was opened.
RnD is already looking into it.

Hi Silvan,
did you get any solution from R&D yet?
br markus
Hi Markus,
No i haven't. They are still looking onto it.
We have done a couple of debugs but no solution yet.
We have the same sign in issue with an IOS app as well.
I think ours might have been solved.
We changed the mobile access portal certificate to a self-signed
certificate.

was changed but i believe it should work just fine.

Do you know if your developers were using the react native development platform. We may have narrowed it down that being an issue at this point.
Thanks,
Eric
I think so but i am not 100% sure on that.

R&D reports that they do support Native React for app wrapping.
