Capsule VPN. Error on mobile devices SSL error - failed to connect

Hey, everybody!

Colleagues, need help with a problem. I have SG VSX R81.210 JHF 156, where Capsule VPN is configured. There are Android and IOS smartphones. Capsule has been working for quite a long time and there were no problems. No work has been done on it.

When connecting on the devices there is SSL error - failed to connect. It takes from 1 to 4-5 maybe more connection attempts on Android to get the second factor. When entering the second factor can be the same error several times. After entering it normally.

If I change the connection address to another VS, the problem repeats.
On IOS, it does not connect at all.

What could be the problem?

Maybe the Portal Certificate is not expired?

Thank you very much, but it's connecting. Not the first time. The second or third time it connects.

We observe that first few attempts at connecting from Android fails, but later it manages to connect. I am attaching the logs from the Capsule Connect app from android. We couldn't see any useful information on the vpnd logs.

Have you opened a TAC case for this?
