I´m trying to integrate Harmony Email with Office356, after set some configurations the message below appears me.
Can anyone help me to know more about this issue?
First thing I would double-check is whether the O365 tenant account you provided during the onboarding process has the necessary rights? Might be worthwhile to check the audit logs inside your O365 as well.
