Failed to connect quantum management environment to infinity portal

Hi Guys,

I tried to connect smart-1 600 S appliance to the SDWAN infinity portal. I follow the procedure of the SDWAN Admin guide for the configuration of on premise Management Server. The use R81.20 as the gaia os of the management server. I can connect the security gateways in the infinity portal. I tried to regenerate new token from the infinity portal but I got the same issue. Do you have any idea to resolve the issue?Smart ConsoleInfinity portal
