how to change email on my profile?

You log into CheckMates with your UserCenter account, which is tied to your email address.
I believe the only way to do this with your UserCenter account is to create a new UserCenter account, which you can do here: Check Point User Center - Customer Portal for Licensing, Support and Account Management
When you log into CheckMates with this new account, it will create an new account here as well.
If you desire, these accounts can then be "swapped."

Do you know how/where to initiate the swap?
I have to initiate a bulk-swap as our companies e-mail domain will change.
I created an SR with account services, but is seems they are unaware of a "swap" procedure for Check Mates.
Can I help account services to drop them a name or link to a procedure that can help me out?
