multiple user display in Smart Tracker

Good day! I installed CheckPoint identity Agent - Multi User Host on Citrix server. I see that one user allways displays

like multiple-user (list of all users on server). Other users display like single user in Smart Tracker.

I noticed a similar issue with one of CheckPoint administror. His account is displayed in Smart event like (user account(+) checkpoint account for integration with LDAP). Why can I see multiple user in Smart Tracker? What does mean a sign (plus)?

this is related on how you have configured the identity awareness blade , if you don't flag the option assume that only one user is connected multiple user are recognized on a single machine until the authentication timeout is reached
