limit bandwidth. R77.30

Hello, I have 50 MB, I have managed to limit the bandwidth per user to 2 MB, but they are many users, and when I do it for vlan, the bandwidth does not work, it keeps dialing 50 MB.

The rule you are showing will enforce limit per rule, not individual source. I've asked the same question some time ago.
