Unable to request URL category change

Anyone else getting errors when trying to submit a category change for a url?

I have been getting an error every time i try since yesterday.

When i put in the new category and details then submit i just get a page with the following error.

The operation could not be performed. Please try again later.

I tried it just now, it worked for me.

It took 2 days after i posted this but it did start working and not failing for me as well.
