URL miscategorized as "Medium Risk / Artificial Intelligence (AI)" due to .ai TLD — appeal process

We submitted a category change request for our domain https://customer.prodcomm.byondpitch.ai (and 3 other subdomains) to change it from "Computers / Internet, Low Risk" to "Business / Economy."

Instead, it was recategorized to "Medium Risk / Artificial Intelligence (AI)" — which is worse. The reason given was that the site is "associated with AI services," which appears to be a false positive triggered by the .ai TLD.

Our service is ByondPitch (byondpitch.ai), a B2B video communication platform. These domains are used for live video sessions between businesses and clients — not AI services. All domains are verified clean on VirusTotal.

We received SR 6-0004618143 from the URL Filtering Team, which directed us to open a technical ticket — but we are not a Check Point customer and cannot open one.

Can anyone from the Check Point team help escalate this recategorization dispute?
