URL Whitelist

Hello,

I need to whitelist some Microsoft URL such as crl.microsoft.com, i put .microsoft.com on checkpoint domain and the server still can't access to that url. When ping manually to crl.microsoft.com the cmd show the url directed to a1363.dscg.akamai.net.

So how we can deal with directed url in the checkpoint?

What version/JHF?
What precise steps are you taking to "whitelist"?
Note that for this to work, you need the following:

• Application Control
• Categorize HTTPS Inspection enabled
• A version that supports SNI verification or HTTPS Inspection is enabled
