Tracking of PRJ, PRHF and similar fixes

Hello Everybody,

I am sure many of you know this situation: you opened a ticket for a specific problem, this problems gets fixed and you get a PRJ/PRHF/Any other Identifier for this fixed problem.

As I understand it, the only place where information is published about when such a fix is included into the “regular” JHF is the “List of All Resolved Issues” for the various versions—for example, for R82.00, available here: https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/Jumbo_HFA/R82/R82.00/R82-List-of-all-Resolved-Issues.htm

In the past this was a SK which could be subscribed to but since it moved out and is now the same format as all the Web Guides there seems no option to subscribe.

How do you guys track when a specific Fix Identifier is added to a JHF?

Best Regards

Colin

Have you tried the "Subscribe to the RSS feed" option? if it doesn't work favorably please submit feedback accordingly.

Both links are found at the top of the JHF page.

Ok I have tested the RSS feed, but it only informed me that a new JHF is available. There is no information about the contents of the JHF.

I will also give feedback to this via the feedback option you mentioned.

Any other tips?

Looking at the RSS feed itself, it only tells you the article has been updated.

The link takes me straight to the list of resolved issues:

What's missing here?

Yes, this is true. If this is the only purpose of the RSS feed than nothing is wrong with it.

Still it doesn't help me a lot. With the RSS feed, I might be able to get the info about a new jumbo a little faster. But I'd still have to open the link and search manually.

I'd like an easier—and above all, more reliable—way to find out when a specific issue (for which I know the ID from a ticket) is moved to the regular JHF.
