Take CCSE exam using different email from CCSA?

Hi CP mates,

My CCSA (earned in 2024) expires in August 2026. However, I lost 2FA access to my main Check Point UserCenter account. I’ve opened a support ticket using my secondary email and also emailed Account Services from my main email, but haven't received a response yet.

I plan to take the CCSE next week. If my main account isn't restored in time, can I take the exam using a secondary UserCenter account? If I update my Pearson VUE profile to my secondary email, will the system still recognize my CCSA prerequisite so I can proceed with CCSE?

Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated!

If you take an exam, the Check Point usercenter ID has to match the Pearson VUE, so you are good. 

It is possible to move certifications from one account to the other, I think it just needs some more time. I think it is bit more complex because you lost access to the first one.
