Support Center problems?

Is Support Center not working for anyone else?

It does not load SK pages or the home page and Search box.

It also has the old logo in the browser tab.

https://status.checkpoint.com/ shows nothing interesting (no down status or outages for UserCenter or Support Center).

Tried different browsers.

No proxies in the way.

While it is like this I can get to the R82 JHFA downloads.

Same here. It seems they have a problem.

It looks like Support Portal is down, tried different locations as well.

That are different CDN. The download is akamai und support is cloudfront.

Down from ATL and India.  Status says it is up, but it isn't going to the sk base, allowing login, etc.  Check Mates works (obviously).

Can we get someone from Checkpoint to provide an update; as this is pretty bad - its been inaccessible for most of the day now.

Here for me also down the whole day! Normally this means a new CVE related with Check Point, I hope not 😉

Same problem here, Support Center shows a message "We are currently experiencing a high volume of traffic, and some features may temporarily be unavailable" and the only 3 SKs working are the ones related to the recent CVEs. All other SKs I tried are inaccessible. It has been like this for hours now, and the status page shows no outage for Support Center. This is very annoying, since I really need access to SKs and documentation, and it is also not very comforting. It would be great to have a statement from Check Point about what is going on and when Support Center is expected to be available again.
