Hello community! I'm trying to create a report using custom widgets, but the infographic widget isn't displaying the information I need.

My goal is to have this widget count the number of connections through a specific ISP. To achieve this, I created a group with all the network segments associated with that ISP; however, the widget either shows no connections or only displays a few services within those segments.

Does anyone know if I’m applying the filters incorrectly, or should I be using a different widget for this

The rules that accept this traffic, are they logged as Connection or Session?
SmartEvent works only with session logs.
This is set in the Track field of the relevant rules.
