I have a R81.20 Mgmt server where i am facing "SmartView is not available" error everytime i try to open a new tab from logs menu..be it compliance tab or anything.
I came across the following sk but i am not using https inspection and it is disabled.

Same error appears when i try to view licenses from "Device and license information"
I also get this when i click on infinity services tab
