SmartEvent & SmartReport License Contract is not showing in License

Hi ,

I am using Checkpoint Gaia 5200 Appliance as Standalone Setup with R77.30, where in gateway it self support Checkpoint Management server, I have recently procured Checkpoint Smart Event & Smart Reporter License for my device.  I can see the additional  blade are attached to my account along with NGTP.

However when I check license contract , except SmartEvent & Smart Reporter all contracts are available.

I have tried detaching & attaching the Blades and updated License file and fetched contract from User center, however unable to see the contract for both SmartEvent & Smart Reporter.

Please help. license‌

Dear Mohammadanas,

As you had purchased additional blade for RPRT & EVNT - you have to attach this into your NGTP container.

Then License it again and check if both were included.

Check if this helps you - sk44503 & sk44504

Post that you can attach the license to the appliance.
