Does the total RAM memory of the firewall correspond to: 

Firewall kernel+ Physical+SWAP?

 

 

Does the total ROM correspond to :

In the output you provided, the unit has 32GB of RAM total, of which ~24GB is allocated for kernel usage.
Swap is "virtual memory" and doesn't enter into the RAM calculation at all.

ROM is "Read Only Memory" and you're referring to a read/write filesystem.
If you want to know the size of the disk used in the appliance, fdisk -l will tell you.
