Maestro Madness
When it comes to performance tuning, selecting the right appliance hardware for a project is crucial, as it significantly impacts the efficiency and stability of the solution. To provide a quick and clear overview, I have created a small website that displays various appliances. The site includes a convenient filter function that allows users to narrow down options based on specific criteria such as CPU performance, VPN Throughput, NGFW Throughput, and more. This makes it easy to find the most suitable appliance for individual project requirements.
However, please always check the original data sheets from Check Point first.

Appliance Performance Datasheets:
cpsizeme is a shell script that generates a detailed performance report for a Check Point Security Gateway. It monitors resource usage over a specified time period, collecting key metrics such as CPU load, memory usage, throughput, and other critical performance indicators. (See the "Running cpsizeme" section for details.)

Thank you.
I will add the CPUs to the table in the next few days.
I suggest to help @Magnus-Holmberg to improve the list he maintains instead of creating another one:

@Danny
Thanks for the suggestion! Magnus’ list covers all Check Point appliances in general, while mine focuses only on the current models and makes it easy to search by performance parameters for sales-related questions.
My list is designed to provide a quick, sorted overview of key parameters from the current Check Point appliance datasheets, based on search criteria such as VPN throughput, IPS throughput, and other performance metrics. Appliances that are no longer available for purchase are not included.
There are also some other older lists (Lachmann List) out there, but like Magnus’ list, they mainly focus on the hardware specifications rather than the sales-oriented performance parameters.
