R80.20 : Postfix Services Unable to running after enable and configure MTA
Hi Guys,
i plan to enable cluster gateway as MTA, however after i enable the MTA feature, it seems cluster gateway still not listening on port 25 it;s self and postfix seems unable to up with error messaga as below capture :
smtputf8_enable is true, but EAI support is not compiled in"
and i check MTA advanced seting configuration button also not appear
any body can advice for this issue please.

Daka,
the problem with the advanced options is a problem with the screen resolution of your host running SmartConsole.
Try to run this with smaller resolution and you are able to scroll down.
To get MTA/postfix start you must have configured two things (without that MTA/postfix does start)
1. rule for forwarding all mail for a mail-domain to the next mail-server (configured in MTA settings)
2. ThreatPrevention rule with MTA-gateway object as protected scope
(this must be the first TP-rule and normally this is created automatically if MTA will be enabled)

HI All,
thanks for response, case close after i enable anti spam first, then upgrade the postfix engine and then disable the antispam again. after that postfix engine can run normally
