R80.20 HTTPS Inspection - Some Sites Do Not Load

After updating to R80.20 Some sites are not loading (for example Youtube)

I have confirmed that it is HTTPS inspection that is causing this issue by disabling/enabling/Adding Exceptions.

Does anyone have any ideas why HTTPS inspection in R80.20 would cause this to happen:

it was fine in R80.10 and I cannot see anything suspicious in the logs.

We had an installation that was experiencing HTTPS issues after upgrading to R80.20. TAC told us to apply hotfix from sk147878 which resolved the issues (as far as I am aware at this point). Note that this deployment was using the Security Gateway as an explicit proxy for most connections. Also, the HFA from sk147878 is compatible with Jumbo HFA Take 33, so we had to downgrade from Take 47.

Thanks, I do not see any "Action Reject. Proxy: No host header. Connection was rejected since the request did not contain a host header" logs but ill suggest to support and see what they say.
