R77.30 Cipher Suites - Disable

I am looking to disable insecure Ciphers on the Mobile Access Portal on R77.30 in response to a PCI audit. I disabled the Ciphers (only allowed AES-256) in the Global Properties but I am still seeing 3DES as an option when checking with NMAP or an SSL/TLS scan. Does anybody know of a way to disable these?  Is there a config file somewhere that can be modified.

If you wish to completely disable 3DES in Mobile Access, you will need to upgrade to a supported release.
R77.30 has been End of Support for 18 months.
