R76 URL filtering intermittent

I have an R76 firewall managed by R80.10 SMS.  It has been fine for many months, including URL filtering. However, 2 weeks ago URL filtering stopped working. There are no url filtering blade entries in the log and user traffic is not being blocked. I can see the blade as reporting healthy. And i see periodic successful downloads of the filtering database from Checkpoint.   Strangely, a few days back, it spontaneously started working for 2 hours and then stopped again. Any suggestions?

Hi Jim,

I'll contact you offline to discuss the entitlement status for said firewall assuming it's the system that I believe it is.

Meanwhile sk56300 describes the grace period mechanism.
