Quantum Gateways - NGTP and NGFW

Can someone please point me to a Checkpoint doc which details what each support package covers?

We currently have some 3600 appliances with NGTP cover.  We only need firewall and basic IPS blades on these. In addition, we want 24x7 phone/internet support with 4 hour response and next business day RMA. 

EDIT: for the second question, i see Enterprise Standard support may be more suitable than Enterprise Premium.

Support: With Enterprise Standard, you get your desired response time of 4 hours and RMA NBD, but no 24/7 phone support. Only 5x9 is included here, meaning only office days and hours, so to speak. If you want 24/7 support, you have to purchase Enterprise Premium.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't enjoy dealing with subscriptions/support contracts.

Happy to discuss this further with you offline and show the available options in the renewal tool.
For reference there may be other relevant factors such as certain bundles that have a base level of discount applied that isn't necessarily available with ala carte blades etc.
