I'm upgrading a 4000 series firewall that is currently on R80.10 JHF Take 35 to R80.20. After upgrading to R80.20, I plan to install the latest GA JHF, which is currently Take 141. Is it required or recommended to install the latest GA JHF for R80.10 before upgrading to R80.20? Or is it safe to assume any improvements/fixes/enhancements will be covered with the R80.20 install + latest GA JHF? This really isn't covered in the Installation and Upgrade Guide for R80.20 so I'm thinking I can go R80.10 to R80.20 then install the latest GA JHF and call it a day. Any thoughts?
Hi @lbcadenco10 ,
You can perform upgrade from R80.10 JHF Take 35 to R80.20 GA directly. All improvements/fixes/ will be covered with the R80.20 install + latest GA JHF.
