IPSec VPN link selection and static route

Scenario setup 1
FW A has a IPv4 static route going to Site B Net C to use IPVPN link, But under FW A IPSec VPN Link Selection is set to use the Internet as Primary Link.
What will be the traffic behaviour?

Scenario setup 2
FW A has a IPv4 static route going to Site B Net C to use IPVPN link and under FW A IPSec VPN Link Selection is set to use the IPVPN link as Primary Link.
What will be the traffic behaviour coming from Site A Net B going to Site B Net C and Net D

I believe that VPN routing takes precedence in both scenarios (i.e. what you configure in Link Selection).
