IP conflict with Wmware server from Checkpoint FW

I'm getting error message from my WMware when assigning IP address 133.133.1.x that conflict with checkpoint MAC address. If i changed to different IP, no problem

From checkpoint i unable to find any objects or logs about the 133.133.1.x IP 

How do i check on this from checkpoint

You won't see anything in the Check Point logs because it's a Layer 2 issue.

The ARP table on the Windows VM and the Gaia OS might be helpful.
