How to lock change method authentication VPN on Client Security

Dear Checkmates,

Currently, I would like to ask if there is any way to lock the adjustment of the VPN authentication method from the user's side?

For example, I have configured two VPN authentication methods:

1. Username/Password

2. Personal Certificate + Username/Password

When a user authenticates using method 2, and then they can change it back to method 1, it makes management difficult. Does anyone have an idea, or how can I prevent users from changing/editing the method?
