Harmony Connect service down

Hi.

We’re having issues connecting to the datacenter with Harmony Connect. The agent connects successfully, but there’s no traffic to the datacenter. Support says it’s a global issue, but I don’t see any published information.

Anyone else experiencing the same problem?
