HA Cluster creation issue

Trying to create HA Cluster XL with 5100, but not able to create cluster. Process ending with message attached in file

Creation of new VSX cluster object fails with "Please see previous messages and try again" 

The length of the VSX cluster object name is 27 characters or longer.

sk93368 says it is only valid for R76 and R77.20, last Update was 28-Feb-2016.

R77.30 , but I guess its issue with Cluster name length, now creating again.
