Gateway R81.20 take 127 - Gaia Portal Error - ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

Hi all,

I have a gateway Firewall (3600 Appliance, R81.20 - take 127).

Login via ssh works fine, but I have a problem reaching the Gaia Portal.

Yet in my case, I am most definitely running the Web Portal on port 443.

I have already tried and change the Web Portal port to specific port 4434, but was not successful.

I have also updated the VPN certificate, just as an idea, but was also not successful. 

Has anyone anywhere had this issue, and can lend a word?

Hi 

Anything useful in the /usr/local/apache2/logs/error_log log files? (or maybe logs are in /var/log/httpd2_error_log
/var/log/httpd2_access_log) 
Have you tried restarting the Gaia web portal? (tellpm process:httpd2; tellpm process:httpd2 t)

You can also debug the portal using sk84561 - How to debug the Gaia Portal and taking help from the TAC if there's nothing that can point you to the problem
