Failed Log In Identity Awareness

Good afternoon

We are experiencing a problem.
When authenticating users there are logs "Failes Log In", also there are logs "Update". Usually these logs are at night time. After that during the day there are logs "Log In".
At the same time, users get into Access Role. But they are not granted access by the rule with Access Role, they are blocked by CPEarlyDrop.

Can you tell me what the problem may be? How can we troubelshoot this problem (Failed Log In log says to use troubleshootting guide)?
