Error on Resend activation mail

A new colleague tried to create a Check Point UserCenter account.

This first activation mail was lost and Check Point's routine to resend the activation mail continuously shows an error message:

As my colleague is unable to login so he can't open a service request with Check Point account services in order to get the issue resolved.
