Engage Chicago - Dates

Looks like dates for Engage North America have been posted (https://www.checkpoint.com/engage-2026/😞

  • Washington: Thursday May 28th, just one day? (Monday, May 25th of that week is a federal holiday)
  • Chicago: June 17-18 (Wed-Thu); June 19th (Friday) is a federal holiday here in the USA

Not sure what the reasoning is behind those Chicago dates, since everyone and their dog will be traveling the evening of the 18th and on Friday the 19th.  In my experience, choosing holiday weeks for these types of events generally results in low turnout due to planned vacations and higher travel costs incurred during peak travel periods.
