ESOD Issue with Mobile Access Blade
Hi Team,
We have configured Endpoint security on demand (Scan check) in mobile access blade for end users. There are 2 policies, one for Domain check and another for Antivirus. It is working for all the users and for all the OS.
We are facing issue with Windows 10 Surface. Getting below error message in tracker when initiating scan. Strange thing is, it is working for other user with same machine but not working for one user. Both users are part of same group.
I have also gone through sk112915 and it is not the case here. "check for file and properties" is unchecked.
Please let me know if anyone has any idea, why we are getting error message.

It's probably something in the local profile for that is corrupted.
