Downloading files only with a certain hash amount

We have a Content Awareness blade that prohibits users from downloading executable files from the Internet. However, some systems must be updated.
We're interested in the ability to allow users to download files only with a hash amount that we allow ourselves. Is it possible to implement this somehow with Checkpoint tools?
