Re: Downloading file from support center

I've seen that several times before when customers are using Firefox. Seems to be a browser related issue. Right-Click and 'Save as' will let you download the file correctly. Better option is to use Google's Chrome web browser as Check Point internally develops and tests with that browser primarily. The others are just 'supported'.

As a Firefox user i can confirm this behaviour with some CP downloads (e.g. RA VPN clients).

Yep Smiley Sad luckily the link to download a file is complicated but not so temporary and can be copied from Firefox and pasted to IE without needed to be identified on this second browser

Re: Downloading file from support center

In most situations, you can circumvent the issue by using the right mouse button and selecting: Save Target to... But this does not work with links from emails. Then you have to wait until the file has been loaded completely by Firefox and select "Save page to..." from menue to save the file.

I was able to use all these files, so it is more a cosmetic issue...
