Diagnostics View Policy Preparation failed

Hi,

I try to use Diagnostics View, and try to show policy in smart Console. I try to open several cpinfo from management I have but no succses. After while it ended with Policy Preparation failed.
It is R77.30 management so I tried one not using VM first (as I understand, R80.x need). And I have the 77.30 smart console in the pc.

any idea whats wrong? previously I was success using infoview opening cpinfo.

I would open a TAC case.
Curious, though, did you try InfoView for the R77.x management?
